본 발명은 유아브레이커의 작동을 제어하는 유압제어밸브장치에 관한 것으로, 외경이 서로 다른 3개의 유동 접촉면을 갖는 밸브스푸울(18)의 원주면에 환형의 밸브제어실(50)이 형성되고, 이 밸브제어실(50)에 밸브스푸울(18)의 내부에 형성된 원통공간(35)과 연통시키는 밸브제어유로(51)가 형성되며, 상기 밸브제어실(50)이 밸브스푸울(18)에 형성된 수압면(21)의 아래쪽에 위치하게 함과 더불어, 밸브스푸울(18)이 상승되었을 때 이 밸브제어실(50)이 밸브절환유로(16)와 연통되게 한 구조로 이루어져, 피스톤이 상승동작에서부터 하강동작으로 빠르게 전환하여도 밸브스푸울(18)은 상기 밸브제어실(50)과 밸브제어유로(51)를 통해 밸브전환실(30)로 유입되는 고압의 압력에 의해 계속하여 상승된 상태를 유지하게 되어, 피스톤을 하강시키는 압유가 공급되는 실린더 상부체임버(10)에 계속하여 고압의 압유가 공급되게 할 수 있게 함으로써, 피스톤이 빠른 속도로 하강할 수 있게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to a hydraulic control valve device for controlling the operation of the infant breaker, the annular valve control chamber 50 is formed on the circumferential surface of the valve spring 18 having three flow contact surfaces having different outer diameters, A valve control passage 51 is formed in the valve control chamber 50 to communicate with the cylindrical space 35 formed inside the valve spring 18, and the valve control chamber 50 has a hydraulic pressure formed in the valve spring 18.
