Abstract

본 발명은 극세섬유 및/또는 극세섬유속이 교락된 3차원 교락부직포 내부에 미세다공질의 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 함침시켜 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 용제 폴리우레탄함침공정 이전에 30%에서의 고형분의 점도가 4000~5000 CPS/25°C이고, 소프트시그멘트의 분자량이 2000~5000인 수계폴리우레탄액의 5%~15% 농도의 수분산액을 전처리함을 특징으로 하는 누박조 인공피혁의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 고급스러운 누박조를 발현하면서도제조공정을 단축하여 전체적으로 생산성이 향상된 이점을 수득할 수 있다.

  1. 극세섬유속이 교락된 3차원 교락부직포 내부에 미세다공질의 폴리우레탄 탄성체를 함침시켜 인공피혁을 제조함에 있어서, 용제 폴리우레탄 함침공정 이전에 30%에서의 고형분의 점도가 4000~5000 CPS/25°C이고, 소프트시그멘트의 분자량이 2000~5000인 수계 폴리우레탄액의 5%~15% 농도의 수분산액을 전처리함을 특징으로 하는 누박조 인공피혁의 제조방법.
