Abstract
본 발명은 시스(Sheath)·코어(Core)형 복합탄성사에 관한 것으로서, 시스 성분이 알칼리 이용성 공중합 폴리에스테르이고, 코어성분이 폴리우레탄이며, 코어, 시스 양성분의 중심이 동일하고 코어 : 시스의 단면적비가 1~9인 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 구성의 시스·코어형 복합탄성사는 원사간의 교착이 없어 방사시 장시간 권취 뿐만 아니라 일반의 합성섬유, 예를들면 폴리에스테르, 나일론 등과의 동일한 취급이 가능하며 알카리 감량 가공단계에서 폴리우레탄 탄성자로서의 성질을 거의 완전히 회복시킬 수 있는 새로운 잠재탄성 복합섬유이다.The present invention relates to a sheath-core composite elastic yarn, wherein the sheath component is an alkali-soluble copolyester, the core component is polyurethane, and the centers of the core and the sheath positive component are the same and the core: It has a cross-sectional area ratio of 1 to 9, and the sheath-core composite elastic yarn of such a configuration has no interlocking yarns, so that the yarn can be wound for a long time during spinning and can be treated in the same manner as general synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon.
