Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에스터 태세복합혼섬사의 제조에 관한 것으로서, 구금으로부터 2개의 필라멘트군으로 용융방사 한후 제일필라멘트군은 제일권취롤러중 유리전이온도보다 5℃ 높은 온도영역(A)과 제이권취롤러 일단부(6b)를 경유 연신시킨후, 제이필라멘트군은 제일권취롤러중 유리전이온도(Tg) 이하의 온도영역(B)과 제이권취롤러 이단부(6a)를 경유 연신시켜 태세사를 형성시키고 제일필라멘트군과 제이필라멘트군을 집속하여 혼섬시킴을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 방법에 의하면 청량한 촉감과 윤택한 농담염의 외관을 갖는 천연 마와 같은 특성을 지닌 폴리에스터 섬유를 얻을 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to the manufacture of polyester posture composite blended yarn, and after melt spinning into two filament groups from the detention, the first filament group has a temperature range (A) higher than the glass transition temperature of the first winding roller (A) and one end of the second winding roller.
