Abstract
본 발명은 나일론46 섬유를 제조함에 있어서, 분자쇄의 전 반복단위중 90몰% 이상이 폴리테트라메틸렌아디프아미드로 이루어져 있고, 상대점도가 4.0이상인 나일론46 중합체를 290~320℃의 온도에서 용융방사하여 가열통을 통과시킨 후 서냉하여 300~500m/분으로 권취하고, 횡연신기에서 1.005~1.2배로 예비연신하고, 전연신비가 4.5이상이 되도록 2단 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사질이 우수한 나일론46 섬유의 제조방법으로서, 고점도의 나일론46 중합체를 비교적 저온에서 방사하고 서냉온도와 속도를 조절하여 섬유의 표면에 구정이 생기는 것을 억제하고, 횡연신하므로써 강도 및 형태안정성이 양호하고 모우가 개선된 섬유를 제조하는 방법이다.In the present invention, in the production of nylon 46 fibers, at least 90 mol% of all repeating units of the molecular chain is made of polytetramethylene adipamide, and melts a nylon 46 polymer having a relative viscosity of 4.0 or more at a temperature of 290 to 320 ° C.
