Abstract
본 발명은 냉간압연 강대에 연속적으로 전기도금을 실시하는 수직형 전해조에 관한 것으로, 도금반응의 한계 전류밀도를 상승시킴으로서 고전류 밀도를 부가한 상태에서도 표면품질 및 작업생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 개선된 수직형 전해조를 이용한 전기도금공정의 에지버닝(Edge -Burning)감소장치와 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 강대에 전기도금을 실시하는 수직형 전해조에 있어서 전해조 내부에 장착된 양극대의 사이에 위치되고, 아대의 양단을 향하여 도금액을 분사하여 도금액의 교반효과를 얻는 도금액 분사기구를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 수직형 전해조의 에지 버-닝 감소 장치를 제공하고, 그리고, 강대에 전기도금을 실시하는 수직형 전해조에서 강대의 양단에 영성된 에지 버-닝 부분을 감소시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 전해조에서 양극대 사이를 진행하는 아대의 양단에 도금액을 분사하여 도금액의 교반효과를 얻으로서 강대의 에지 버-닝 부분을 감소시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법을 제공한다.The present invention relates to a vertical electrolytic cell that continuously electroplats a cold rolled steel strip, and improves the surface quality and work productivity even in the state in which high current density is added by increasing the limit current density of the plating reaction.
