Abstract
본 발명은 강판표면에 적용시 우수한 표면외관성, 내식성 및 도장성을 나타내는 도포형 크로메이트 용액 및 이를 강판표면에 적용하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 크로메이트 용액은 크롬환원비가 0.3-0.7인, 크롬성분10-60g/1, 인산(PO43-)성분 5-50g/1: 불소(F-)성분 1-8g/1: 지르코늄성분 1-5g/1, 실리카 3-25g/1, 계면활성제 0.05-2중량% 및 실란커플링제 0.05-2.5중량%로 조성되며, 상기 본 발명의 크로메이트 용액을 아연도금강판에 도포한 후 강판 온도 120-200℃로 소부하여 강판표면에 처리하는 방법이 제공된다.

Claims (2)
- 총 크롬성분에 대한 3가 크롬성분비(크롬환원비)가 0.3-0.7이며, 무수크롬산,크롬산나트륨 혹은 크롬산암모늄으로 된 크롬성분 10-60g/1, 하나 또는 2이상의 오르소인산, 인산제일나트륨 및 인산제이나트륨으로 부터 선택된 인산화합물에 의한 인산(PO43-)성분 5-50g/1: 하나 또는 그 이상의 불산, 소디움 헥사 플루오로 실리케이트(Na2SiF6), 알루미늄 헥사 플루오로 실리케이트(Al2(SiF6)3),플루오로실리실산(H2SiF6) 및 포타슘헥사플루오로 실리케이트(K2SiF6)로 부터 선택된 불소화합물에 의한 불소성분 1-8g/1; 지르코늄 플로라이드(ZrF6) 및 포타슘헥사플루오로지르코네이트(K2ZrF6) 지르코늄 화합물에 의한 지르코늄성분 1-5g/1; 실리콘옥사이드 3-25g/1; 크로메이트 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 나프탈렌 슬폰산 포르말린 축합물, 알코올 포스페이트 에스테르,폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐 에스테르 및 폴리옥시에틸렌 옥틸페닐 에스테르로 부터 선택된 계면활성제 0.05-2중량%; 및 크로메이트 용액의 총 중량을 기준으로 r-글리시올시 프로필 트리메톡시실란, r-메타크릴옥시 프로필 트리메톡시실란, 및 r-글리실옥시 프로필 메틸 디메톡시실란으로 부터 선택된 실란커플링제 0.05-2.5중량%; 으로 크로메이트 용액
- 상기 청구범위 1항의 크로메이트 용액을 아연도금강판에 도포한 후 120-200℃ 강판온도로 소부하는 강판 표면에 대한 크로메이트 용액 처리방법.
