Abstract

본 발명은 제강공정에서 발생되는 레이들내의 슬래그 제거방법에 관한 것이며, 그 목적은 슬래그 포밍(foaming)현상을 이용하여 슬래그 제거효율을 높일수 있는 레이들내의 슬래그 제거방법을 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 전로에서 용강과 함께 레이들내로 유출되는 슬래그 제거하는 방법에 있어서, 유출된 슬래그 일측 상부면이 레이들의 상단까지 도달되도록 레이들을 경동시킨 후, 입자크기가 3㎜이하인 CaC2를 상기 슬래그 중량에 대하여 12-20%범위에서 상기 슬래그의 내부로 투입함을 특징으로 하는 레이들내의 슬래그 제거방법에 관한 것을 그 기술적 요지로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for removing slag in a ladle generated in a steelmaking process, and an object thereof is to provide a method for removing slag in a ladle by using slag foaming.
