Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에스테르 수지조성물에 있어서, 총 수지량에 대해 80내지 95중량%에 해당하는 폴리에스테르수지에 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-멜라민을 50∼20중량% 첨가하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 수지조성물을 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 수지 소성물은 인 및 질소 함유 난연제인 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-멜라민을 사용함으로써 상호간의 상승효과를 유발하여 난연효과를 높이므로 소량 첨가하여도 뛰어난 난연효과를 갖게 되며, 기계적 물성, 가공성 및 상품성 등이 우수하여, 우수한 난연성 및 성형가공성이 요구되는 전기, 전자제품 및 자동차 부품 등에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 폴리에스테르 수지조성물에 있어서, 총 수지량에 대해 80내지 95중량%에 해당하는 폴리에스테르 수지에 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-멜라민을 5-20중량% 첨가하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-멜라민이 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-클로라이드, 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-브로마이드, 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-아이오다이드에서 선택된 9,10-디하이드로-9-옥소-10-포스페난트렌-10-할라이드와 멜라민을 1:1내지 1:6의 몰비로 반응시켜서 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
