Abstract

본 발명은 분자량 조절제를 이용하여 다양한 물서으이 고분자응집제를 제조할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것으로 아크릴아미드와 아크릴계 4급 암모늄염의 단량체 중합시 분자량 조절제로 글리클리산을 첨가함으로서 기존 단열 중합방법에의해 제조된 제뭄에 비해 용해성이 우수하고 0..1～0.2% 수용액을 제조시 엉킴현상이 없으며 글리콜릭산의 투입량만을 변화시킴으로서 쉽게 분자량을 조절할 수 있는 개선된 방법을 제공하는데 특징이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 아크릴아미드와 아클릴계 4급 암무늄염의 단량체 중합시 분자량 조절제로 글리콜리산을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 고분자 응집제의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 글리콜릭산의 첨가량은 딘량체 투입량 대비 0.05wt%～5wt% 사용함을 특징으로 하는 고분자응집제의 제조방법.
