Abstract

본 발명은 절연용 유리조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 평판 디스플레이에서 진공 형광표시관의 구동을 위한 배선층과 도전층간의 전기적 절연을 유지하기 위해 도포하는 PbO-SiO2-B2O3계 유리조성물로서 K2O와 BaO를 필수 성분으로 첨가하므로써 적절한 유리전이점과 열팽창계수 및 전기절연성을 가지면서 절연피막으로 도포한 후의 제반물성이 크게 향상된 새로운 조성의 절연용 유리 조성물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an insulating glass composition, and more particularly, to a PbO-SiO 2 -B 2 O 3 -based glass coated to maintain electrical insulation between a wiring layer and a conductive layer for driving a vacuum fluorescent display tube in a flat panel display. Claims (3)
