Abstract

본 발명은 승용차용 언더보디잉 이너 패널(inner panel)에 관한 것으로, 특히, 이너 패널의 프런트 플로어 패널(front floor panel)양단부 저면에 직교하게 설치되는 플로어 사이드 멤버(floor side member)와 플로어 사이드 패널(floor side panel)에 크로스 멤버(cross member)를 일체로 설치하여서 사이드 임팩트(side impact)시 프런트 플로어 패널이 차 실내방향으로 변형되는 것을 방지하여 차 실내의 탑승자가 충격에 의해 부상을 당하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 승용차용 언더보디에 관한 것이다. 프런트 플로어 패널의 상부로 아우트 서포트 패널 및 이너 서포트 패널을 각각 분리하여 설치하고, 저면부로 크로스 멤버를 설치하되, 이 크로스 멤버의 일단부는 플로어 사이드 패널과 직교하게 면접되어 고정되는 플로어 패널의 단부와 결합하며, 타단부는 플로어 패널의 저면부에 설치되는 사이드 멤버가 설치되기전에 삽입하여 사이드 멤버와 일체로 플로어 패널의 저면부에 설치하여서 되는 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
