Abstract

자동차의 휠 하우징 강도를 보강하기 위하여 제1,2보강재(54,55)로 어퍼 하우징(50)과 플러워 패널(52)을 연결하여 휠 하우징 어셈블리를 형성함은 부품수가 많아져 조립이 복잡하게 됨을 개선하기 위하여, 어퍼 하우징(50)과 플로워 패널(52)의 사이에 결합된 하우징(53)에 밀착 고정되어 하우징(53)의 수직 강도 보강을 위해 수직부(1)가 형성됨과 아울러 하우징(53)과의 밀착을 위해 어퍼 하우징(50)과 고정되는 부분에 굽힘부(2)가 형성된 보강 패널(3)을 포함하여 구성함으로써 휠 하우징 보강 구조를 단순화할 수 있게 된다.In order to reinforce the wheel housing strength of the automobile, the wheel housing assembly is formed by connecting the upper housing 50 and the flower panel 52 with the first and second reinforcement materials 54 and 55 to increase the number of parts.
