Abstract

본 발명은 트렁크 커버를 열었을 시커버 하부로 돌출되는 락 장치에 의해 운전자가 머리를 다치는 경우를 방지코자 한 트렁크 커버 락 돌출 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 커버에 설치된 락 장치를 커버를 오픈했을 경우와, 닫았을 경우를 구분하여 락 장치의 위치를 변경시키므로써, 운전자의 트렁크 사용 편의를 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차량의 커버에 장착된 락 장치에 있어서, 커버(1)에 형성된 락 장치(2)에 걸착시킨 플레이트(3)와; 상기 플레이트(3)을 상/하 운동시키는 모터(4)와; 상기 모터(4)의 작동에 따라 플레이트(3)가 상/하 운동시 연동되어 플레이트(3) 작동에 탄성력을 가하는 스프링(5) 및; 상기 스프링(5)에 의해 플레이트(3)가 복구될 때 최대 복구량을 한정하는 스토퍼(6)를 포함하여 구성하여, 커버(1) 오픈 시 락 장치(2)의 돌출을 방지함을 특징으로 하는 트렁크 커버락 돌출방지 장치
