Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 조향축으로 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 조향축 충격흡수 장치에 관한 것으로, 종래의 구조에서는 핸들축(2)과 스플라인축(3)이 서로 간에 직접 연결되어 있으므로 주행중 타이어를 통해 노면에서 흡수되는 충격이 스플라인축(3)과 핸들축(2)을 통해 핸들(1)에 그대로 전달되게 되어 운전자를 피로하게 하며, 차량끼리의 충동사고시 핸들축과 스플라인축 사이에서 충격을 흡수하지 못하므로 핸들을 통해 운전자에게 충격력이 그대로 전달되어 큰 부상을 입게할 수 있는 문제점이 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 핸들축과 스플라인축 사이에 쇽 업소바를 연결하여 스플라인축으로 부터 노면주행중 흡수되는 충격이 쇽 업소바에 의해 흡수된 상태에서 핸들에 전달되도록 하여 운전자로 하여금 조용하고도 안전한 운정이 가능토록 하였다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
