Abstract

본 발명은 곡면 이송장치에 관한 것으로 각종 제조업체에서 생산할 부품을 상하의 곡면상으로 이송 가능케하여 공정간의 별도의 이송에 따른 생산성 저하를 막을수 있도록 단위 유니트를 각기 힌지 결합한 것이며, 단위 유니트는 레일을 일정 길이로 절단한 단위레일과, 단위레일의 이송 방향과 직교하는 길이를 가지고 단위레일에 고정된 단위 찬넬, 및 단위찬넬 양단에 고정되어 다른 단위찬넬을 유착시켜 연장 가능케 하는 사이드판으로 이루어지며, 높이의 차이를 필요로하는 제조공정에서 높이의 차이를 이루기 위하여 종래와같이 별도의 언로더와 로더가 필요치 않으며 일괄적으로 높이의 차를 제공 가능하여 제조원가 및 생산성을 향상시킨다.

Claims (4)

  1. 단위레일을 포함하는 단위 유니트를 각각 힌지로 높이가 조정가능토록 상호 연장 결합시키고; 단위 유니트는, 행거가 이송되는 레일을 일정 길이로 절단하고 높이 중앙부에 제1돌출부를 가지는 단위레일과; 단위레일의 이송 방향과 직교하는 길이를 가지고 단위레일에 고정되며 양단의 각단 양측에 제2돌출부를 가지는 단위 찬넬; 및 단위찬넬 양단에 레일과 나란하게 고정되고 각단 양측 중앙에 제3돌출부를 가지며 다른 단위유니트를 유착 결합시킬수 있도록 힌지를 가지는 사이드판을, 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 행거의 높이조절을 가능케하는 레일장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단위레일의 제1돌출부는 사이드판에 있는 힌지의 연장선상에 위치한 것을 특징으로하는 행거의 높이조절을 가능케하는 례일장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1내지 제3돌출부는 상기 단위 유니트가 상호 힌지를 증심으로 상하 일정 각도내에서 회전토록하는 테이퍼면을 제공토록 이루어진 것을 특징으로하는 행거의 높이조절을 가능케하는 레일장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단위찬넬에는 다른 단위 유니트의 단위레일이 접할수 있도록 안내홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 행거의 높이조절을 가능케하는 레일장치.
