Abstract

본 발명은 고속 주행시에도 와셔액을 정확히 분사하여 전방시계를 확보함과 동시에, 와셔액의 소모량을 줄일 수 있는 차량의 와셔액 분사장치에 관한 것으로, 솔레노이드가 내장된 2개의 팁을 구비한 2중 와셔 노즐과, 와이퍼 모터에 의해 구동되는 와이퍼 링크의 위치를 감지하는 위치 감지센서와, 위치 감지센서에서 전달되는 신호에 따라 2중 와셔 노즐에 내장된 솔레노이드를 작동시키는 제어기로 구성된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 와셔 스위치(32)에 의해 구동되어 와셔액을 공급하는 와셔펌프(26)와, 상기 와셔 스위치(32)의 작동시 밧데리(30)로부터 공급되는 전기에 의해 와이퍼 블레이드(24)를 회동시키는 와이퍼 모터(34)로 구성되는 차량의 와이퍼 시스템에 있어서, 솔레노이드(42)가 내장된 2개의 팁을 구비한 2중 와셔 노즐(16, 20)과, 상기 와이퍼 모터(34)에 의해 구동되는 와이퍼 링크(26)의 위치를 감지하는 위치 감지센서(38)와, 상기 위치 감지센서(38)에서 전달되는 신호에 따라 상기 2중 와셔 노즐(16, 20)에 내장된 솔레노이드(42)를 작동시키는 제어기(40)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 와셔액 분사장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 2중 와셔 노즐(16, 20)내에는 솔레노이드(42)의 통전에 따라 이동하면서 노즐 팁(18)에 형성된 분출구멍(C)을 선택적으로 개방하는 플런저(44)가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 와셔액 분사장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 플런저(44)는 스프링(48)을 개재하여 스토퍼(50)에 의해 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 와셔액 분사장치.
