Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 시트 벨트에 관한 것으로써, 종래에는 텅 플레이트의 장공이 넓게 형성되어 있어 시트 벨트가 꼬이는 경우가 발생하게 되고, 이에 따라 시트 벨트가 텅 플레이트의 장공내에서 꼬인상태로 리트렉터내로 들어가게 될때 텅 플레이트가 앵커에 걸리게 되어 시트 벨트가 늘어진 상태로 있게 되거나 시트 벨트가 꼬여 텅 플레이트에 걸려있는 상태로 버클에 삽착하게 되면 랩 벨트가 탑승자의 골반을 제대로 눌러주지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 텅 플레이트(20)가 시트 벨트(10)에서 원활히 이동될 수 있도록 텅 플레이트(20) 내에 장공(22)의 내측 양쪽에 다수개의 돌부(24)를 지그재그로 형성함으로써 시트 벨트(10)가 텅 플레이트(20)의 장공(22)에서 이동될때 상기 장공(22)에 지그재그로 형성되어 있는 돌부(24)가 상기 시트 벨트(10)를 안내하게 되므로 장공(22)내에서 꼬여지는 것을 방지할 수 있으므로 시트 벨트(10)가 리트렉터내로 들어갈때 텅 플레이트(20)가 앵커(30)에 걸리는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 시트 벨트(10)를 버클에 고정시키기 위한 텅 플레이트를 구성함에 있어서, 텅 플레이트(20)의 손잡이(21)에 장공(22)을 형성하되 상기 장공(22)의 양측 내면에 다수의 돌부(24)를 지그재그로 돌설하여 시트 벨트(10)가 지그재그로 눌러 압박된 상태에서 이동자재되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 시트 벨트용 텅 플레이트.
