Abstract

본 발명은 차량 충돌시 운전자를 보호하도록 하는 에어백(Air Bag) 안전 저소음 가스 발생장치에 관한 것으로, 에어백이 작동되어 부풀어질 때 안전성과 저소음을 주고 에어백의 재활용 가치를 높이도록 하는 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 엔진콘트롤 유니트의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 브레이크 작동용 모터 및 스로틀 밸브 동작용 모터와, 배기관에 설치된 에어백 흡기밸브 및 배기가스 밸브와, 상기 에어백 흡기밸브의 개폐에 따라 배기가스가 공급되도록 하는 배기가스 공급관과, 상기 배기가스 공급관과 연결되어 스티어링 휠에 장착되는 에어백과, 상기 배기가스 공급관에 설치하여 에어백 내의 가스를 배기토록 하는 에어백 배기밸브 및 압력센서와,로 구성하여 이루어져 있음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 엔진콘트롤 유니트의 제어신호에 의해 동작하는 브레이크(1), 작동용 모터(2) 및 스로틀 밸브 동작용 모터(4)와, 배기관(3B)에 설치된 에어백 흡기밸브(7) 및 배기가스 밸브(6)와, 상기 에어백 흡기밸브(7)의 개폐에 따라 배기가스가 공급되도록 하는 배기가스 공급관(8)과, 상기 배기가스 공급관(8)과 연결되어 스티어링 휠(9)에 장착되는 에어백(10)과, 상기 배기가스 공급관(8)에 설치하여 에어백(10) 내의 배기가스를 배출토록 하는 에어백 배기밸브(8A) 및 압력센서(8B)와로 구성하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 에어백 안전 저소음 가스 발생장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 엔진콘트롤 유니트에서 충격 감지신호를 감지하면, 브레이크 작동용 모터(2)가 구동되어 차량이 전진하지 못하도록 브레이크를 작동하도록 하는 에어백 안전 저소음 가스 발생장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 배기가스 공급관(8)을 통해 공급되는 가스 압력이 일정이상일 경우 압력센서(8B)가 이를 감지하여 에어백 배기밸브(8A) 측으로 에어백(10) 내의 가스가 배출되도록 하는 에어백 저소음 가스발생장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에어백(10)은 일측에 나사부(10A)와 타측 내부에는 오프너부(10B)가 하우징(10C)에 걸려져 있도록 구성하여 에어백(10)이 부풀어지면 오프너부(10B) 내측의 작동간(10E)을 밀어 올려 하우징(10C)의 걸림부(10F)로부터 하여 열리도록 함을 특징으로 하는 에어백 저소음 가스발생장치.
