Abstract

버스용 실내 천정구조에 각 파트부품들을 몰드를 사용한 몰드 접합과 다단식의 접합을 병행하여 버스실내 천정의 구조를 이루는 각 파트별로 연결부 이음새가 나타나지 않게 하여 외관을 개선하고, 조립작업성을 향상하기 위함이다.
랙스태이(100)는 버스천정에 설치되는 화물대 본체(150)를 형성할 수 있는 랙과 화물대(200)의 중간지지대가 되는 스태이가 일체화되는 랙스태이(100)가 구성되어, 상기 랙스태이(100) 중앙부에 화물대(200)의 수납함으로 연결되는 중앙관통 홈(10)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 랙스태이(100)의 상면부(20)에는 상기 랙스태이(100)를 루프에 고정하는 볼트구멍(30)이 있고, 상기의 랙스태이(100)의 우측상단에는 룸램프를 설치할 수 있는 곡면부(20a)가 있고, 상기 룸램프의 탈착을 용이하게 하는 브래킷(40)이 취부되고, 상기 브래킷(40)과 이어져서 룸램프고정홀(50)이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 랙스태이 저면부(60)에는 관통된 파이프 보강 인서트 홈(80)과 함께 화물대본체가 되는 랙을 접합고정시키는 랙그루우브(60a)가 이루어져 있고, 상기 랙 그루우브(60a)의 종단에는 몰딩을 접합 고정하게 되는 몰딩홍(70)이 형성된 구성이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 버스실내천정구조의 주요부분을 형성하는 랙스태이에 있어서, 화물대(200)를 지지하게 되는 스테이와 화물대 본체(150)가 되는 랙이 일체화되는 랙스태이(100)가 구성되며, 상기 랙스태이(100)의 상면부(20)에 룸램프용 곡면부(20a)가 있고 상기 랙스태이(100)의 저면부(60)에는 화물대 본체 랙이 삽입되는 랙 그루우브(60a)가 형성되며 상기 랙그루우브(60a) 일측단에는 파이프 보강인서트 홈(80)이 형성되어 있고 타측단에는 몰딩접합용 몰딩홈(70)이 구성되며 상기와 같이 구성된 랙스태이(100)가 루프에 결합수단을 이용하여 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스실내천정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합수단은 랙스태이(100) 상면부(20) 볼트구멍(30)에 있어서 볼트체결을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 버스실내천정구조.
