본 발명은 차량을 일정 주행속도 이하로 유지시켜 과속을 방지함과 동시에 안전사고의 위험을 미연에 방지하는, 차량의 과속방지장치에 관한 것으로,악셀러레이터 페달(10)이 페달 아암(20)을 접촉, 분리가능케 설치하고, 페달 아암(20)에 접촉,연동되는 악셀러레이터 레버(30)를 구비하며, 악셀러레이터 레버(30)에 악셀러레이터 케이블(40)을 연결하고, 악셀리레이터 케이블(40)에 인젝션 레버(50)을 연결하며, 인젝션 레버(50)를 스프링(60)으로 엔진(70)에 연결하되, 브레이크 페달(80)에 피스톤(90)을 연결하고, 피스톤(90)을 브레이크 밸브(100)에 연결하며, 또한 브레이크 밸브(100)의 전,후에 에어 탱크(110) 및 브레이크 부스터(120)와 흴(130)의 제동장치를 연결하면서 인젝션 레버(50) 및 프스톤(90)을 스텝모터(140)에 케이블(150)(160)로 각기 연결하고, 스텝모터(140)를 E.C.U(150)에 연결하며, 아울러 E.C.U(150)를 속도계(170)에 연결하여, 차량이 일정 제한속도에 도달할 경우 스텝모터(140)를 구동시켜 연료공급을 차단함과 동시에 차량의 제동을 일정시점까지 행하여 과속을 방지하도록 된것이다.The present invention relates to an overspeed prevention device for a vehicle that maintains a vehicle at a predetermined traveling speed or less and at the same time prevents a risk of a safety accident.
