Abstract

본 발명은 카에어콘 작동으로 인한 가속력 및 등판력의 저하를 위하여 차의 주행조건에 따라 에어콘의 작동이 단속되도록 한 카에어콘 단속장치에 관한 것으로서, 드로틀밸브의 개도정도를 전기신호를 검출하는 드로틀센서와, 차의 주행속도를 전기신호로 검출하는 차속센서와, 상기 드로틀센서의 전압변동분에 따른 차속센서의 전압변동분을 판별하여 하이 또는 로우의 레벨로 출력하는 에어콘콘트롤러와, 상기 에어콘콘트롤러의 출력에 따라 작동되어 압축기의 마그네틱클러치로 공급되는 전원을 단속하는 에어콘릴레이로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카에어콘 단속장치가 제공된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 드로틀밸브의 개도정도를 전기신호를 검출하는 드로틀센서(4)와, 차의 주행속도를 전기신호로 검출하는 차속센서(11)와, 상기 드로틀센서(4)의 전압변동분에 따른 차속센서(11)의 전압변동분을 판별하여 하이레벨 또는 로우레벨의 신호를 출력하는 에어콘콘트롤러(20)와, 상기 에어콘콘트롤러(20)의 출력에 따라 작동되어 압축기의 마그네틱클러치(32)로 공급되는 전원을 단속하는 에어콘릴레이(31)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 카에어콘 단속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에어콘콘트롤러(20)의 입력단에 접속되며 차의 등판로 주행을 전기적 신호로 검출하는 수평감지수단(40)을 더 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 카에어콘 단속장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수평감지수단(40)은 빛이 투과되는 밀폐수조(41)에 소정수위까지 차광액(42)을 채우고, 상기 밀폐수조(41)의 상단중앙부에 광원(43)을 고정 설치하고 상기 밀폐수조(41)의 측단부의 소정위치에 광감지 센서(44)를 고정설치하여서 됨을 특징으로 하는 카에어콘 단속장치.
