Abstract

본 발명은 열접착 통기성 표층과 통기성 지지층을 지닌 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름에 있어서, 무기물 100 중량부에 대하여 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜더공중합체 또는 에틸렌 프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 5~500 중량부로 구성된 수지 조성물을 열접착 통기성 표층에 사용하고, 무기물 100 중량부에 대하여 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 블럭공중합체 50~500 중량부로 구성된 수지조성물을 통기성 지지층에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 열접착 통기성 표층과 통기성 지지층을 지닌 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름에 있어서, 무기물 100 중량부에 대하여 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜더공중합체 또는 에틸렌 프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 50∼500 중량부로 구성된 수지조성물을 열접착 통기성 표층에 사용하고, 무기물 100 중량부에 대하여 프로필렌 단독중합체 또는 에틸렌-프로필렌 블럭 공중합체 50∼500중량부로 구성된 수지조성물을 통기성 지지층에 사용함을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로 필렌계 2층 복합필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 표층에 사용하는 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 에틸렌 함량이 1~15중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌 랜덤공중합체, 에틸렌 함량이 0.5∼10중량%, 부텐-1 함량이 0.5∼10중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌-부텐-1 공중합체 또는 그의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지층에 사용되는 폴리프로필렌계 수지는 용융지수가 0.01∼10분인 프로필렌 단독중합체, 에틸렌 함량이 10∼50 중량%인 에틸렌-프로필렌 블럭중합체 또는 그의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무기물은 탄산칼슘, 실리카, 황산바륨, 황산마그네슘, 황산칼슘, 탈크, 카올린, 수산화알루미늄, 산화아연, 알루미나, 산화티탄, 마이카, 제오라이트, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘, 크레이 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 두께 기준 2∼20% 범위로 구성되는 열접착 통기성 표층과 두께 기준 80∼98% 범위로 구성되는 통기성 지지층을 가지며 동시 압출되고 적어도 1축으로 연신됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름.
  6. 제1항의 열접착 통기성 폴리프로필렌계 2층 복합필름의 열접착성 표층과 폴리프로필렌계 부직포를 열접착하여 제조된 폴리프로필렌계 적층 쉬이트.
