Abstract

본 발명은 연료공급관용 호스절단장치(10)에 관한 것으로, 내측으로는 호스(H)를 권취한 보빈(35)이 축착되도록 고정축(1)을 부착하고 상부에는 관통공(2A)을 형성한 받침대(2)를 부착하였으며 상기한 받침대(2)의 일측으로는 고정부재(3A)를 부착시킨 프레임(3)과, 상기한 프레임(3)의 받침대(2) 상부에 설치되며 정면으로는 호스(H)의 인출구(5A)를 형성한 블록체(5)와, 상기 블록체(5)의 하부에 회동가능케 축착되며 선단 일측에는 링크(6)를 구비한 칼날체(7)와, 프레임(3)의 고정부재(3A)에 설치되며 선단의 램(8)이 상기한 칼날체(7)의 링크(6)와 연결되도록 한 유압실린더(9)로 이루어져 유압실린더(9)의 작동에 따른 칼날체(7)의 회동에 의해 보빈(35)으로부터 인출되는 양측의 호스(H)를 동시에 절단시키므로써 연료공급관(15)을 구성하기 위한 호스(H)의 절단작업을 신속하고 용이하게 할 수 있도록 하는 한편, 인력의 소모를 방지하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 내측으로는 호스(H)를 권취한 보빈(35)이 축착되도록 고정축(1)을 부착하고 상부에는 관통공(2A)을 형성한 받침대(2)를 부착하였으며 상기한 받침대(2)의 일측으로는 고정부재(3A)를 부착시킨 프레임(3)과, 상기한 프레임(3)의 받침대(2) 상부에 설치되며 정면으로는 호스(H)의 인출구(5A)를 형성한 블록체(5)와, 상기 블록체(5)의 하부에 회동가능케 축착되며 선단 일측에는 링크(6)를 구비한 칼날체(7)와, 프레임(3)의 고정부재(3A)에 설치되며 선단의 램(8)이 상기한 칼날체(7)의 링크(6)와 연결되도록 한 유압실린더(9)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료공급관용 호스 절단장치.
