본 발명에 따른 쌍롤형 박판주조장치의 주조롤측면 자동정렬장치 및 정렬방법에 의하면 주조롤의 현재위치를 정확하게 측정하고, 이를 정상적인 기준위치에 비교하여 편차를 산출하며, 상기 편차량만큼 유압실린더를 작동시켜 연속적으로 주조롤의 현재위치를 보정함으로서 주조롤의 양측면이 에지댐과의 기밀을 정확하게 유지시킴으로서 용강이 유출되는 것을 방지하고 그에따른 설비가동의 안정성을 이룰수 있으며, 경제적인 조업이 가능하고, 주편의 측면품질을 향상시킬수 있도록 개선된 효과가 얻어지는 것이다.According to the present invention, the automatic roll sorting apparatus and the alignment method of the cast roll side sheet casting apparatus according to the present invention accurately measure the current position of the casting roll, compare this to the normal reference position, calculate the deviation, and adjust the hydraulic cylinder by the deviation amount.
