본 발명은 쌍롤식 반판제조 장치용 사행방지 방법에 관한 것으로, 쌍롤형 박판(7)주조 공정에서 이미지 프로세싱 기법인 전하 축적 용량용 카메라(3)을 사용하여 박판(7)의 사용량을 측정하고, 이를 자동 롤갭 제어 컴퓨터(14)에 피드백하여 박판(9)두께를 제어하므로써 박판(7)사행을 방지하도록 한 것이다.

  1. 쌍롤형 박판(7)주조 공정에서 이미지 프로세싱 기법인 전하 축적 용량용 카메라(3)을 사용하여 박판(7)의 사행량을 측정하고, 이를 자동 롤갭제어 컴퓨터(14)에 피드백하여 박판(7)두께를 제어하므로써, 박판(7)사행을 방지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍롤식 박판제조장치용 사행방지 방법.
