Abstract
본 발명은 용탕으로부터 직접박판을 주조하는 쌍롤형 박판제조공정에서 용탕면의 높이를 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 롤이 상부에 위치되어 있는 비접촉식 센서를 이용하여 롤표면의 임의의 두점을 감지한 후 기하학을 이용하여 롤닙으로부터 비접촉식 센서까지의 높이를 측정함으로써, 영점조정을 위한 기구가 요구되지 않을 뿐만 아니라 박판을 주조하기 위한 준비작업의 순서의 관계없이 원하는 시간에 영점조정을 할 수 있어 다른 작업들과의 기계적인 간섭을 피할 수 있는 쌍롤형 박판제조공정에서의 용탕면 높이 측정방법도 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a method for measuring the height of a molten metal surface in a twin-roll thin plate manufacturing process of casting a thin plate directly from a molten metal, by using a non-contact sensor in which a roll is positioned at an upper portion thereof. By measuring the height from the roll nip to the non-contact sensor using the post-geometry, not only the mechanism for zero adjustment is required but also the zero adjustment at the desired time irrespective of the order of preparation for casting the thin plate. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method for measuring the height of a molten metal surface in a twin roll type sheet manufacturing process that can avoid mechanical interference with the field.
