Abstract

본 발명은 연속식 열간압연기상에서 레벨링 오류에 의한 판파단 사고를 방지하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 루퍼롤(1)의 양쪽 선단에 설치한 위치센서 및 하중센서로 루퍼롤(1)의 위치편차를 검출하여 한쪽 롤 간격에서 다른쪽 롤간격을 뺀 값(D2)에 비례치(C)를 곱한 값으로 양쪽롤 간격의 조정범위를 정하여 비례제어로 통판량의 폭방향 분포를 제어함으로써 기존의 연속식 열간압연기에서는 통판안정성을 감시하기 위한 별도의 운전자가 필요하나 본 발명을 채용할 경우 이를 자동화하여 운전자의 수를 줄일 수 있고, 운전자의 육안감시에 의해서는 검출될 수 없는 루퍼양쪽의 부하편차로만 나타나는 내재된 사고위험까지도 없앨 수 있는 장점이 있는 유압루퍼를 이용한 롤레벨링시스템의 폭방향 통판량 제어방법이다.The present invention relates to a method of preventing a plate breaking accident due to a leveling error on a continuous hot rolling mill, and detects the positional deviation of the looper roll (1) by a position sensor and a load sensor installed at both ends of the looper roll (1).
