Abstract

본 발명은 CDQ분말코크스를 이용한 흡착제 제조방법에 있어서, CDQ 공정에서 발생하는 분말코크스 중, 50-170mesh의 입도를 갖는것 선별한 다음, 15-30% 농도의 불산으로 처리한 후, 충분히 수세하고 건조시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CDQ분말 코크스를 이용한 흡착제 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 분말코크스를 이용한 흡착제 제조방법에 있어서, CDQ 공정에서 발생하는 분말코크스 중, 50-170mesh의 입도를 갖는 선별한 다음, 15-30% 농도의 불산으로 처리한 후, 충분히 수세하고 건조시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 CDQ분말 코크스를 이용한 흡착제 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 불산처리과정에서 생긴 폐불산은 증류, 응축시켜 회수하여 상기 15-30%의 농도로 조절하여 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 CDQ 분말 코크스를 이용한 흡착제 제조방법.
