Abstract
소수성 수지와 이 소수성 수지와 상용성이 있는 첨가제를 용매에 용해하여 방사원액을 제조하고, 상기 방사 용액을 내부 응고제와 함께 구금을 통하여 외부 응고제를 포함하는 응고조로 방사하여 침적시킨 후, 상기 침적된 생성물을 세정액으로 1차 세정하고, 상기 세정한 중공사를 권취하여 중공사막을 제조한 뒤, 상기 중공사막을 과산화수소 수용액중에서 침지하여 첨가제를 가교화시킨 후 2차 세정하는 공정으로 제조된 친수화 처리된 소수성 수지 건조 분리막을 친수성 물질을 막의 표면에 고르게 부착되어 종래의 분리막에 비해 투과성능이 좋아 단백질이나 유기물이 많이 존재하는 수용액을 처리하는데 사용할 수 있으며 오랜 기간 사용할 수 있다.A hydrophobic resin and an additive compatible with the hydrophobic resin are dissolved in a solvent to prepare a spinning stock solution, and the spinning solution is spun together with an internal coagulant and spun into a coagulation tank including an external coagulant to deposit the precipitate.
