Abstract

본 발명은 지능망 서비스 제어/관리 시스템의 운용 및 유지보수 관련프로세서에 설치되어 운용자에게 시스템의 상태를 신속하게 표시하여 주어 운용자가 신속히 조치를 취할 수 있도록 구성된 경보처리장치 및 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 장애 자동 감시 장치로부터 경보 메세지를 수집하는 경보 메세지 수집 수단과, 수집된 경보 메시지를 분석하는 경보 메시지 분석 수단과, 분석된 결과를 이용하여 경보출력기의 상태를 변경하는 경보출력 제어 수단과, 운용자의 경보화면 제어명령어를 처리하는 경보화면 제어 명령어 처리 수단을 구비하여 경보처리를 수행하여, 지능망 서비스 제어/관리 시스템의 운용시 운용자에게 시스템의 장애발생 부위 및 시스템 상태를 정확히 전달해 주어 운용자가 신속한 유지보수를 수행할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 가진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 운용자로부터 입력된 경보제어 명령어를 처리하는 경보화면 제어명령어 처리수단(19)과, 장애 감시 장치(20)와 경보화면 제어 명령어 처리수단(19)으로부터 수신된 경보 메시지를 수집하는 경보메시지 수집수단(14)과, 수집된 경보 메시지를 분석하여 장애발생 부위 및 경보등급을 분류하는 경보 메시지 분석수단(15)과, 상기 경보 메시지 분석수단(15)에 의하여 분석된 장애부위 및 정보 등급을 경보 출력기(18,19)에 출력하는 경보 출력 제어수단(16)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지능망 서비스 제어/관리 시스템의 경보처리 장치.
  2. 운용자로부터 입력된 경보제어 명령어를 처리하는 경보화면 제어명령어 처리수단(19)과, 장애 감시 장치(20)와 경보화면 제어 명령어 처리수단(19)으로부터 수신된 경보 메시지를 수집하는 경보메시지 수집수단(14)과, 수집된 경보 메시지를 분석하여 장애발생 부위 및 경보등급을 분류하는 경보 메시지 분석수단(15)과, 상기 경보 메시지 분석수단(15)에 의하여 분석된 장애부위 및 정보 등급을 경보 출력기(18,19)에 출력하는 경보 출력 제어수단(16)을 구비하는 지능망 서비스 제어/관리 시스템의 경보처리 장치에 의한 경보처리 방법에 있어서, 경보 기동이전의 상태를 검색하여, 상기 경보출력 제어수단(16)이 경보 출력기에 상태를 일치시키는 제1단계와, 수신된 경보 메시지를 분석하여, 상기 경보 메세지 분석수단(15)이 경보 등급을 분류하고, 장애발생 부위를 결정하는 제2단계와, 상기 경보출력 제어수단(16)이 운용자의 경보제어 명령어가 경보화면 리셋인 경우, 경보출력기의 표시상태를 초기화 한 후, 장애감시장치에서 경보 메시지 재전송을 요구하는 제3단계와, 운용자의 경보제어 명령어가 경보화면 초기화인 경우, 상기 경보출력 제어수단(16)이 경보 출력기의 화면 표시상태를 초기화하는 제4단계와, 운용자의 경보제어 명령어가 경보작동 중지인 경우, 상기 경보출력 제어수단(16)이 제어 경보출력기의 화면 표시상태를 저장하고 작동을 중지하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경보처리방법.
