Abstract
전열식(傳熱式) 열교환기 버너(1)용 세라믹 전열식 열교환기(18)는, 열교환기 영역에 복수의 반경방향 안팎으로 연장하는 돌기부가 설치된다. 다른 중공 실린더 전열식 열교환기(18)에 있어서, 돌기부(19)는 그룹으로 예를 들면 링으로 배열되고, 링의 돌기부는 각각 인접하는 링의 돌기부와 어긋나 있다. 또한, 단일 또는 다수 나선상에 돌기부를 배치하는 것도 가능하다. 전열식 열교환기는 슬립 캐스팅(slip-casting) 방법에 의해 경제적으로 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 열전달을 향상시키기 위해 벽에 돌기부와 요부가 세라믹 튜브 세그먼트를 가지는 전열식 열교환기 버너용 전열식 열교환기에 있어서, 돌기부는 반경방향을 향하고, 전열식 열교환기(8)의 길이방향에 복수개의 중공 돌기부(19)로서 형성되고, 튜브 세그먼트의 주어진 벽두께 S에 대해 반경방향에서 측정된 돌기부 높이 N는 벽두께의 0.8 내지 4배의 범위에 있고; 튜브 세그먼트(18)의 길이방향에서 측정된 돌기부 길이 1는 벽두께 S의 4 내지 40배의 범위에 있고; 2개의 인접하는 돌기부(19)에 의해 형성된 각은 75°내지 125°의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전열식 열교환기(8)의 길이방향에서의 연속하는 둘기부(19)는 원주방향으로 서로 어긋나 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 튜브 세그먼트(18)는 그 일단부상에 설치된 연소실(21)에 일체로 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전열식 열교환기(8)는 SiC 세라믹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전열식 열교환기.
- 제1항 기재의 전열식 열교환기를 하나 이상 가지는 전열식 열교환기 버너.
- 제2항 기재의 전열식 열교환기를 하나 이상 가지는 전열식 열교환기 버너.
- 제3항 기재의 전열식 열교환기를 하나 이상 가지는 전열식 열교환기 버너.
