Abstract

본 발명은 강제 급배기방식의 온풍 난방기 및 보일러등의 연소기에 관한 것으로 특히 초기 점화특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 흡입공기 가열수단에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 본체의 일측에 온도감지센서(110)와 전기히터(100)가 마련된 가열관(120)이 마련되고, 이것을 제어하는 온도 제어장치(140)가 마련되어 외부에서 흡입된 동기를 적절한 온도로 조절하여 연소실(40)에서의 연료의 연소효율을 향상시킨 연소기를 제공한다.
이러한 연소기의 외부에서 차가운 온도의 공기가 흡입되더라도 초기점화를 위한 최적의 흡입공기 온도상태를 유지할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 연소실(40), 상기 연소실(40)내에서 연료를 연소시키는 버너(30), 상기 연소실(40)에 외부공기를 인도하는 급기관(60)이 구비된 연소기에 있어서, 상기 연소기의 초기 점화시에 연소를 위하여 흡입되는 외부공기를 가열하기 위한 수단이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수단은 상기 급기관(60)의 내부에 전기히터(100)로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전기히터(100)의 하류에는 흡입공기의 온도를 감지하는 온도감지센서(110)가 마련되고 상기 온도감지센서(110)에서 감지된 결과에 의해서 상기 전기히터(100)를 제어하는 제어장치(140)가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 연소기.
