Abstract

Un calentador de agua que incluye un contenedor de agua; una camara de combustion adyacente al contenedor, teniendo la camara de combustion por lo menos una entrada de aire para admitir el aire y las emanaciones extranas hacia la camara de combustion y confinar la ignicion y combustion de las emanaciones extranas dentro de la camara de combustion; un quemador asociado con la camara de combustion y dispuesto para quemar el combustible para calentar el agua dentro del contener; y un desviador de aire colocado entre la entrada de aire y el quemador y adaptado para canalizar por lo menos una porcion del aire de combustion que pasa a traves de al menos una porcion de la entrada de aire hacia una posicion para la mezcla con el combustible antes de entrar al quemador para la combustion lenta y reducir asi las temperaturas de combustion y las emisiones de NOx.
