Abstract

본 발명은 압력용기의 방폭장치에 관한 것으로, 압력용기의 일측면에 수개의 오링을 개재하여, 상기 압력용기에 고정되는 고정부, 압력용기의 내부 압력이 기준치 이상일 경우 절단되는 중간 몸체, 및 상기 고정부 및 중간 몸체를 연결함과 아울러 압력용기의 내부 압력에 의하여 파열되는 파열부를 갖는 판상의 방폭 플랜지를 고정함으로써 부품 수의 감소로 구조를 보다 간소화 하여 제조원가를 절감시키며, 또한 부품의 조립 작업을 보다 간편 용이하게 하여 작업성을 향상시킴으로써 생산성 향상에 기여하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 압력용기의 일측면에 수개의 오링을 개재하여, 상기 압력용기에 고정되는 고정부, 압력용기의 내부 압력이 기준치 이상일 경우 절단되는 중간 몸체, 및 상기 고정부 및 중간 몸체를 연결함과 아울러 압력용기의 내부 압력에 의하여 파열되는 파열부를 갖는 판상의 방폭 플랜지를 고정하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 방폭장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파열부는, 고정부의 외측기면으로부터 중간 몸체의 방향으로 연장되는 외측 연장부와, 중간 몸체의 내측면으로부터 외측으로 고정부의 방향으로 연장되는 내측 연장부와, 상기 외측 연장부 및 내측 연장부를 직교되는 방향으로 연결하는 중간 연장부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력용기의 방폭장치.
