Abstract

본원 발명의 목적은 연료분사후에 분사구멍을 막는 응답속도가 빨라서 역화를 방지하며 밸브(체크볼)의 마모가 균일하게 일어나므로 사용수명이 연장되고 연료분사성이 우수한 수소연료 분사노즐을 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 수단은 선단에 작은 연료분사구멍과, 상기 연료분사구멍으로부터 테이퍼상으로 확장되는 시트부를 갖는 노즐바디와; 상기 밸브바디 내부에 내장되는 체크볼과; 및 연료분사시에 상기 체크볼을 축방향으로 부상시켜 상기 시트부로부터 이격시키는 체크볼 작동기구와; 로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 선단에 작은 연료분사구멍과, 상기 연료분사구멍으로부터 테이퍼상으로 확장되는 시트부를 갖는 노즐바디와; 상기 밸브바디 내부에 내장되는 체크볼과; 및 연료분사시에 상기 체크볼을 축방향으로 부상시켜 상기 시트부로부터 이격시키는 체크볼 작동기구와; 로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 수소 엔진용 수소연료 분사노즐.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 체크볼 작동기구는 솔레노이드와, 솔레노이드 여자시에 상승하여 상기 체크볼을 밀러올려 시트부로부터 이격시키는 작동봉과, 상기 작동봉을 복귀시키는 리턴스프링으로 구성되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 수소 엔진용 수소연료 분사노즐.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드는 전자제어장치의 신호인가에 의해 작동하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 수소 엔진용 수소연료 분사노즐.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 체크볼은 솔레노이드의 작동봉이 리턴스프링에 의해 원상복귀(하강)하면 자중과 수소가스압에 의해 시트부에 하강 밀착되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 수소엔진용 수소연료 분사노즐.
