Abstract
본 발명은 제강공정에서 극저탄소강 제조시 전로 출강온도가 낮거나, 비정상조업으로 인해 용강온도가 낮은 경우 알루미늄의 산화반응열을 이용하여 승온할 경우에 사용되는 탈산제로써, 탈산제 투입후 발생되는 고융점의 탈산생성물을 저융점의 개재물로 제어함으로써 용강의 청정도를 향상시키는 것이다.The present invention is a deoxidizer used when the temperature of the converter is low when the ultra-low carbon steel is produced in the steelmaking process, or when the temperature of the molten steel is low due to abnormal operation using the heat of oxidation of aluminum, and a high melting point is generated after the addition of the deoxidizer.
