Abstract
본 발명은 청정(淸淨)한 용강제조에 있어서 작어보한경이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 슬래그에 의한 용강의 오염 억제 및 고효율의 강중 개재물 흡수를 목적으로 슬래그 상부에 첨가되는 혼합물에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a mixture which is added to the upper part of slag for the purpose of suppressing contamination of molten steel by slag and absorbing the inclusions in steel with high efficiency in clean molten steel production.
본 슬래그 조재제는 금속 알루미늄(Al) : 30~60중량%, CaCo3: 20~50중량%, Al2O3:10중량% 이하, SiO2:10중량% 이하, N :0.2중량% 이하, Na+K : 0.1중량% 이하, Cl+F : 0.3중량% 이하로 조성되고, 입도가 5~30mm인 것을 특징으로 한다.The slag jojae agent is a metal aluminum (Al): 30 ~ 60 wt%, CaCo 3: 20 ~ 50 wt%, Al 2 O 3: 10 wt%, SiO 2: 10 wt% or less, N: 0.2% or less , Na + K: 0.1 wt% or less, Cl + F: 0.3 wt% or less, characterized in that the particle size is 5 ~ 30mm.
