Abstract
본 발명의 난연성을 갖는 수지 조성물은 (A)(a1) 브롬을 함유하지 않은 열가소성 폴리카보네이트 수지 75∼96중량% 및 (a2) 에틸렌프로필렌 고무 5∼25중량%, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 60∼80중량%, 및 염화폴리에틸렌 수지 5∼20중량%를 상용화시킨 수지 25∼4중량%로 이루어진 기초 수지 100중량부, (B) 인계 난연제로서 합성된 아릴포스페이트 올리고머 5∼20중량부, 및 (C) 플루오로계 수지 0.1 내지 2.0중량부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 상용화시킨 수지(a2)에서의 에틸렌프로필렌 고무는 그 전체 고무에 대하여 약 10중량%의 무수말레인산으로 개질시킨 고무이다. 이 고무의 개질에 사용된 무수말레인산은 전체 상용화시킨 수지에 대하여 2∼5중량%의 범위이다.The resin composition having flame retardancy of the present invention is (A) (a 1 ) bromine-containing thermoplastic polycarbonate resin 75 to 96% by weight and (a 2 ) ethylene propylene rubber 5 to 25% by weight, styrene-acrylonitrile air 100 parts by weight of a base resin consisting of 60 to 80% by weight of a copolymer, and 25 to 4% by weight of a resin obtained by commercializing 5 to 20% by weight of a polyethylene chloride resin, (B) 5 to 20 parts by weight of an arylphosphate oligomer synthesized as a phosphorus flame retardant; And (C) 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of the fluororesin. The ethylene propylene rubber in the above-mentioned commercially available resin (a 2 ) is a rubber modified with maleic anhydride of about 10% by weight based on the total rubber. Maleic anhydride used for the modification of this rubber is in the range of 2 to 5% by weight based on the totally commercialized resin.
