Abstract
본 발명은 지방족 또는 방향족 디아민, 디카르본산, 카프로락탐으로 중합되는 수지로 폴리아미드 매트 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 평균입경이1∼10μm인 SiO2를 1∼5wt% 함유한 폴리아미드 칩 80∼10중량부와 무기입자가 함유되지 않은 폴리아미드 칩20∼90중량부를 블렌딩(blending)함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드 매트 필름의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 필름은 연필 및 제도잉크에 필기성 및 소거성이 있으면서 포장재로서 산업용 및 각종스낵류 등의 식품포장이나 책표지, 쇼팽백, 적층용 등에 사용될 수 있다.The present invention provides a method for producing a polyamide mat film from a resin polymerized with aliphatic or aromatic diamine, dicarboxylic acid, and caprolactam, wherein the polyamide chip 80 contains 1 to 5 wt% of SiO 2 having an average particle diameter of 1 to 10 μm. The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyamide matte film characterized by blending 20 to 90 parts by weight of polyamide chips containing -10 parts by weight and inorganic particles, wherein the film of the present invention is written in pencil and drawing ink. It can be used for food packaging of industrial and various snacks, book cover, chopin bag, lamination etc.
