Abstract

본 발명은 경사 롤러 컨베이어장치에서 타이어의 이송도중에 타이어가 미끄러지면서 이탈되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 타이어 이송장치를 제공하기 위하여 프레임(20)상에 설치된 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)와 이송축 수평컨베어장치(22)의 사이에 경사 롤러 컨베어장치(23)를 경사지게 설치하여 타이어(24)를 이송시킬 수 있도록 구성한 타이어 이송장치에 있어서, 상기 경사 롤러 컨베어장치(23)의 시작 부분과 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)의 마지막 부분을 이격시킨 후 그 사이에 상기 경사 롤러 컨베어장치(23)의 이송면(23a)과 동일 평면상에 놓이는 벨트 이송면(30a)을 가지는 벨트 컨베어장치(30)를 상기 프레임(20)상에 경사지게 설치하고, 상기 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)에 설치된 전동스프로킷 휠(40)과 동축선상에 원동스프로킷 휠(42)을 설치하여 체인(44)을 통해 상기 벨트(21)컨베어장치(30)에 설치된 종동스프킷 휠(46)에 연결하여 구성한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 프레임(20)상에 설치된 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)와 이송축 수평 컨베어장치(22)의 사이에 경사 롤러컨베어장치(23)를 경사지게 설치하여 타이어(24)를 이송시킬 수 있도록 구성한 타이어 이송장치에 있어서, 상기 경사 롤러 컨베어장치(23)의 시작 부분과 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)의 마지막 부분을 이격시킨 후 그 사이에 상기 경사 롤러 컨베어장치(23)의 이송면(23a)과 동일 평면상에 놓이는 벨트 이송면(30a)을 가지는 벨트 컨베어장치(30)를 상기 프레임(20)상에 경사지게 설치하고, 상기 공급측 수평 컨베어장치(21)에 설치된 전동스프로킷 휠(40)과 동축선상에 원동스프로킷 휠(42)을 설치하여 체인(44)을 통해 상기 벨트 컨베어장치(30)에 설치된 종동스프킷 휠(46)에 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 이송장치.
