Abstract
최적의 강성과 강도를 유지하면서 경량화할 수 있도록 하여 승차감 및 핸들링 특성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 강성 및 강도를 개선한 자동차의 너클을 제공할 목적으로 ; 휠 고정부재가 장착되는 몸체부의 상측으로 소정의 길이를 갖는 넥크부가 형성되고, 이의 넥크부 배면부 길이 방향으로 립이 형성되는 자동차의 너클에 있어서, 상기 넥크의 립 부분 소정 위치에 보강리브를 형성하며, 상기 보강리브의 상하면을 소정의 곡률을 갖는 곡면으로 형성하여 이루어지는 강성 및 강도를 개선한 자동차의 너클을 제공한다.To provide a vehicle knuckle with improved stiffness and strength, which can be lightened while maintaining optimum stiffness and strength, thereby improving ride comfort and handling characteristics; A neck portion having a predetermined length is formed above the body portion on which the wheel fixing member is mounted, and in a knuckle of an automobile in which a lip is formed in the longitudinal direction of the rear portion of the neck portion, a reinforcing rib is formed at a predetermined position of the lip portion of the neck.
