Abstract
본 발명은 천연가스형 수소발생장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 천연가스 및 물로 원료로 하여 고순도 수소를 자체에서 천연가스로부터 직접 생산하여 사용할 수 있도록 한 천연가스형 수소발생장치에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 탈황장치와 리포머와 CO전환기와 피.에스.에이를 구비하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치에 있어서, 리포머(100)로부터 배출되는 고온의 연소가스를 탈황장치(200)에 공급하여 탈황장치(200)를 직접 예열시키기 위해 리포머(100)와 탈황장치(200)를 연통되게 연결시키는 파이프라인(26)과; 상기 리포머(100)에 공기를 공급하기 위한 파이프라인(25)상에 설치되어 리포머(100)로 공급되는 공기의 량을 조절하기 위한 밸브수단(302)과; 상기 밸브수단(302)을 사이에 두고 양단부가 각각 상기 파이프라인(23)과 연동되게 연결되는 파이프라인(25)과 상기 파이프라인(25)과 리포머(100)로부터 생산되어 배출되는 생산가스를 CO전환기(6)에 공급하기 위한 파이프라인(25)을 열교환시켜 고온의 생산가스를 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기(300)와; 상기 파이프라인(25)의 소정위치에 장착되어 파이프라인(25)에 공급되는 공기량을 조절하기 위한 밸브수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (11)
- 탈황장치와 리포머와 CO전환기와 피.에스.에이를 구비하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치에 있어서, 리포머(100)로부터 배출되는 고온의 연소가스를 탈황장치(200)에 공급하여 탈황장치(200)를 직접 예열시키기 위해 리포머(100)와 탈황장치(200)를 연통되게 연결시키는 파이프라인(26)과; 상기 리포머(100)에 공기를 공급하기 위한 파이프라인(23)상에 설치되어 리포머(100)로 공급되는 공기의 량을 조절하기 위한 밸브수단(302)과; 상기 밸브수단(302)을 사이에 두고 양단부가 각각 상기 파이프라인(23)과 연동되게 연결되는 파이프라인(25)과 상기 파이프라인(25)과 리포머(100)로부터 생산되어 배출되는 생산가스를 CO전환기(6)에 공급하기 위한 파이프라인(25)을 열교환시켜 고온의 생산가스를 냉각시키기 위한 열교환기(300)와; 상기 파이프라인(25)의 소정 위치에 장착되어 파이프라인(25)에 공급되는 공기량을 조절하기 위한 밸브수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리포머(100)는 내부에 중공을 갖는 통형상의 케이싱(101)과; 상기 케이싱(101)의 중공의 종심방향으로 소정직경과 길이를 갖고 고정설치되는 연소관(104)과; 상기 연소관(104)과 소정간격져서 연소관(104)을 에워싸고 내측공간에 수직으로 고정설치되는 개질관(102)과; 상기 개질관(102)의 내측공간에 개질관(102)의 바닥면으로부터 소정간격지게 수직으로 고정설치되어 개질관(102)의 내부공간을 분리하는 개질관분리판(103)과; 상기 개질관(102)외 외주면에 코일형상으로 권취되어 양단부가 상기 케이싱(101)를 관통하여 외부로 연장되는 수증기생산용 코일(105)과; 상기 케이싱(101)의 정부 중앙부에 케이싱(101)의 중공과 연통되게 연결되고 상기 수증기생산용코일(105)의 일단부와 연통되게 연결되는 천연가스원료주입구(101a)와; 상기 개질관(102)의 내측면과 상기 개질관분리판(103)의 내측면 사이에 층진되는 리포머촉매(110)와; 상기 연소관(104)의 내측 상하부 소정위치에 각각 고정설치되는 연소촉매와; 상기 케이싱(101)의 하면부 중앙부에 내부중공과 연통되게 하방으로 연장형성되어 히터(24)와 연결되는 에어주입구(101d)와; 상기 에어주입구(101d)의 소정위치에 연통되게 분지되는 천연가스연료주입구(108)와; 상기 케이싱(101)의 소정위치에 개질관(102)의 외측면과 케이싱(101)의 내측면 사이의 공간과 연통되게 연결형성되는 연소가스배출구(101b)와; 상기 케이싱(101)의 소정위치에 상기 개질관(102)의 내측공간과; 연통되게 연결형성되는 생산가스배출구(101c)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탈화장치(200)는 내부에 중공을 갖고 정부 및 하부 소정위치에 각각 천연가스입구(201a) 및 천연가스출구(201b)가 각각 내부중공과 연통되게 연결형성되고 외주면 소정위치에 각각 연소가스입구(201d) 및 연소가스출구(201c)가 내부 중공과 연통되게 각각 연결형성되는 케이싱(201)과; 소정길이를 갖고 내측공간의 상부측으로부터 수첨탈황촉매층(203) 및 황화수소흡수촉매층(204)이 순차적으로 층진되고 상기 케이싱(201)의 내부중공에 수직으로 고정설치되는 다수개의 핀드 튜브(202)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 파이프라인(26)은 일단부가 상기 탈환장치(200)의 연소가스입구(201d)와 연통되게 연결되고, 타단부가 상기 리포머(100)의 연고가스출구(101b)와 연통되게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소촉매는 소정직경 및 길이를 갖는 원통형상을 갖고 상기 연소관(104)의 내측상부와 하부에 각각 소정설치되고 파라디움 및 귀금속을 첨가해 제작되는 복수의 연소촉매(106, 107)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소촉매는 소정직경과 길이를 갖는 원통형상을 파라니움계 금속으로 피복되어 상기 연소관(104)의 하부에 고정설치되는 촉매(150b)와, 수매의 원형와이어망으로 형성되어 파라니움으로 피복되어 상기 촉매(105b)의 상측에 고정설치되는 촉매(150a)로 구성되는 연소촉매(150)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수증기생산용코일(105)은 일단부가 상기 케이싱(101)의 외주면 소정위치에 관통되어 외부로 연장되어 물입구(105a)를 형성하고, 타단부가 상기 케이싱(101)의 외주면 소정위치에 관통되어 외부로 연장되어 수증기출구(105b)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제2항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수증기출구(105b)는 상기 천연가스원료주입구(101a)와 연통되게 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 핀드 튜브(202)는 3개 이상 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제2항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 연소촉매(106, 107)를 사용하는 경우에 상기 천연가스연료주입구(108)는 소정위치에 연통되게 분기되어 상기 연소관(104)의 내측으로 소정높이를 갖고 수직으로 연장형성되고 상부 외주면에 다수개의 분사공(109a)이 관통형성되어 연소촉매에 연료를 분사하는 연료분사관(109)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연료분사관(109)은 소정위치에 연료공급의 단속 및 연료량조절을 위한 밸브수단(109b)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연가스형 수소발생장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
