Abstract
본 발명은 “천연소재를 가공한 신소재 통풍 신발중창의 생산기술에 대한 제조방법”에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a "manufacturing method for the production technology of a new material ventilation shoe sole processed natural materials".
천연소재인 야자섬유(Sisal Palm Lock)을 타면(Opener Machine)하여 1차 분진을 제거한 후 두께와 밀도가 일정한 휄트타입(Ball Breaker Machine)으로 가공하고, 이 가공소재에 수용성의 열경화성수지(Melamin Ameljoen Resin)와 고강도 탄소고무수지(Syrene Butadiene Resin)을 1 : 1의 비율로 혼합하여 충분히 교반을 한 다음, 30g/m2의 양분으로 분사(Spray) 도포한 후 함수량을 통풍 중창의 생산이 가능한 13금이하가 되도록 충분히 건조를 한다음, 생산할 제품의 치수대로 절단칼(Round Type Cutting Knife)로 재단하고, 이의 양면에 소창이나 면소재를 가공(Overlay or Lamminating) , 부착한 다음, 온도분포가 일정 한 평 균온도 150℃의 고열과 게이지 평균압력이 50kg/cm2의 열압성형프레스(Hot Press)로 평균가압시간 5분을 기준으로 압축, 성형가공을 한다.Natural Palm Coarse (Sisal Palm Lock) is removed by opening machine to remove primary dust and processed into ball breaker machine with constant thickness and density.
