본 발명은 침출성 및 기호성이 개선된 녹차 혼합차의 제조방법이 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 녹차 혼합차의 제조방법은, 공지의 방법으로 제조된 녹차에, 생약재류 엑기스와 산탄검 및 사이클로덱스트린의 혼합물을 코팅액으로 하여 분부 코팅하고, 열풍건조한 후, 원적외선 배전처리함을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for producing green tea mixed tea with improved leaching and palatability.
