Abstract

본 발명은 노운 굿 다이 검사용 인쇄회로기판에 관한 것으로, 노운 굿 다이 검사장치의 접속부와 직접 전기적 연결되도록 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면상에 돌출·연장된 단자들을 구비하여 노운 굿 다이의 제조에 있어서 병렬 검사에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 동시에 제조된 노운 굿 다이의 신뢰성을 개선할 수 있는 것을 특징으로한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 노운 굿 다이의 본딩패드들에 대응하여 전기적 연결된 리드들과 대응하여 기계적·전기적 연결되는 단자들과; 그 단자들과 대응하여 전기적 연결수단에 의해 전기적 연력되며, 노운 굿 다이 검사장치의 접속부와 기계적·전기적 연결되기 위한 접촉부를 포함하는 노운 굿 다이용 인쇄회로기판에 있어서, 상기 노운 굿 다이 검사장치의 접속부와 직접 전기적 연결되도록 상기 인쇄회로기판의 일면상에 돌출·연장된 단자들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 노운 굿 다이(known good die) 검사용 인쇄회로기판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단자들의 말단부 형상이 상기 접속부의 형성에 대응하여 기계적 접속이 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 노운 굿 다이 검사용 인쇄회로기판.
