Abstract
본 발명은 레벨 차를 갖는 적어도 2개 이상의 상 신호들을 이용하여 3상 모터를 구동하는 시스템에 관한 것으로, 하나의 홀 소자(10)와 구동기 집적회로(20)로 구성되며, 본 발명에 따른 구동기 집적회로(20)는 홀 소자(10)의 DC 레벨을 설정하는 홀 바이어스 회로(21)와, 상기 홀 소자(10)의 제1 및 제2 홀 전극들에 각각 연결되는 비반전(+)단자 및 반전(-)단자를 갖는 제1 증폭기(22)와, 상기 홀 소자(10)의 제1 및 제2 전극에 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2 레벨천이기들(23, 24)과, 이 제1 및 제2 레벨천이기들(23, 24)의 출력단자들에 각각 연결되는 제1 및 제2 위상천이기들(25, 26)과, 이 제1 및 제2 위상천이기들(25, 26)의 출력단자들에 각각 연결되는 비반전(+)단자 및 반전(-)단자를 갖는 제2 증폭기(27)와, 상기 제1 및 제2 증폭기들(22, 27)의 2가지의 출력신호들을 받아들여 조합하는 것에 의해 3상 출력신호들이 출력되는 것을 제어하는 출력제어기(28)와, 이 제어기(28)로부터의 각 출력신호들(U,V, W상 신호들)을 모터(30)의 정류자 코일들로 제공하기 위한 3개의 출력증폭기들(29, 29a, 29b)을 포함하며, 이로써, 시스템의 구성이 간단해지고, 시스템의 내구성 및 대량생산에 있어서의 생산성이 높아진다.The present invention relates to a system for driving a three-phase motor by using at least two or more phase signals having a level difference, comprising a single hall element 10 and a driver integrated circuit 20, the driver according to the present invention.
