Abstract

본 발명은 광 픽업장치의 대물렌즈 고정구에 관한 것으로, 대물렌즈(110)가 끼워지게 일측에 소정크기로 형성되는 끼움공(120)과, 상기 대물렌즈(110)가 지지되고 상기 커버 글라스(200)와의 간격이 유지되는 지지부에(130)와, 상기 커버 글라스(200)가 걸려 지지되는 걸림턱(140)과, 상기 커버 글라스(200)가 압착되는 압착부재(150)로 이루어진 것인바, 본 발명에 의하면 대물렌즈의 수차 측정장치에 대물렌즈를 설치함에 있어서 정밀성이 향상됨과 동시에 용이하게 대물렌즈를 고정되도록 하므로써, 작업시간단축 및 작업능률이 향상되는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.

Claims (2)

  1. 광원으로부터 레이저광이 투과되는 투과구면렌즈와, 상기 투과구면렌즈의 레이저광을 받아 접속시키는 대물렌즈와, 상기 대물렌즈의 레이저광을 받아 피트가 구비된 커버 글라스와, 상기 커버 글라스에서 투광된 레이저광을 반사시는 반사경으로 이루어진 대물렌즈의 수차 측정장치에 있어서, 상기 대물렌즈(110)가 끼워지게 일측에 소정크기로 형성되는 끼움공(120)과, 상기 대물렌즈(110)가 지지되고 상기 커버 글라스(200)와의 간격이 유지되는 지지부재(130)와, 상기 커버 글라스(200)가 걸려 지지되는 걸림턱(140)과, 상기 커버 글라스(200)가 압착되는 압착부재(150)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈의 고정구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(130)는 고무재질의 패킹으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 대물렌즈의 고정구.
