Abstract

본 발명은 펜타플루오로에탄 20~65%, 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오르에탄 30~75%와 C3탄화수소 5~15%로 비공비성 혼합냉매(Non-Azeotropic Regrigerant Mixtures)와 상기의 비공비성 혼합물을 냉매로 하고 흡입관 열교환기(Suction Line Heat Exchanger)를 사용하는 냉동시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서 C3탄화수소는 푸로판, 사이클로푸로판 또는 푸로필렌 중에서 선택된 것으로 본 발명의 혼합냉매는 오존파괴 가능성이 전혀 없으며 흡입관 열교환기를 사용하는 냉동기에서 기존 R-22의 대체냉매로서 냉동성능계수 압축기의 냉동체적용량 측면에서 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.

혼합냉매 및 그 혼합냉매를 이용한 냉동시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에서 제안된 흡입관 열교환기(SLHX)를 사용하는 냉방기 또는 열펌프(Heat Pump)의 구성도,
제2도는 R-22와 R-22 대체 냉매로 제안된 순수냉매들의 냉동성적계수(COP)를 SLHX를 사용한 경우와 사용하지 않은 경우에 비교한 대비도,
제3도는 R-22 대체 냉매로 제안된 순수냉매들의 압축기의 냉동체적용량(VC)을 SLHX를 사용한 경우와 사용하지 않은 경우에 비교한 대비도,
제5도는 사이클로푸로판 함유 혼합냉매들의 냉동성적계수(COP)를 SLHX를 사용한 경우와 사용하지 않은 경우에 비교한 예시도,
제9도는 푸로필렌 함유 혼합냉매들의 압축기 냉동체적용량(VC)을 SLHX를 사용한 경우와 사용하지 않은 경우에 비교한 대비도,
제10도는 푸로판 함유 혼합냉매들의 SLHX 사용시 온도구배차(GTD)를 나타낸 도표.

Claims (4)

  1. 냉동기용 혼합냉매에 있어서, 펜타플루오로에탄 20~65%, 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 30~75%와 C3탄화수소 5~15%로 된 비공비성 혼합냉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, C3탄화수소가 푸로판, 사이클로푸로판 또는 푸로필렌 중에서 선택된 비공비성 냉매조성물.
  3. 냉동시스템에 있어서, 펜타플루오로에탄 20~65%, 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 30~75%와 C3탄화수소 5~15%로 된 비공비성 혼합물을 냉매로 하고 흡입관 열교환기를 사용하는 냉동시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, C3탄화수소가 푸로판, 사이클로푸로판 또는 푸로필렌 중에서 선택된 냉동시스템.
