Abstract
(a) 다공성 전기전도층을 포함하는 전기전도성 지지부재(ESM), (b) 다공성층의 표면에 촉매적 유효량으로 흡착 또는 고정된 효소 및 (c) 다공성 층으로부터 효소의 침출을 방지하는 보호층을 포함하는 효소 전극이 기술되어 있다.
전극은 효소에 의해 작용하고 검출하는 물질을 함유하는 액체의 존재하에 및 전극상의 전위의 존재하에 효소의 촉매 활성을 전류적정하여 나타내기 위해 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (29)
- (a) 다공성 전기전도층을 포함하는 전기전도성 지지부재(EAM), (b) 다공성 층의 표면에 촉매적 유효량으로 흡착 또는 고정된 효소 및 (c) 다공성 층으로부터 효소의 침출을 방지하는 보호층을 포함하는 효소 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 전기전도층의 백금족 금속의 미분된 입자와 밀착된 표면 접촉시에 탄소 입자로부터 형성되고 수지에 의해 함께 결합되며, 수지 결합된 금속화 탄소 입자와 이를 통해 거의 균질하게 분포된 금속 입자로 필수적으로 이루어진 거의 불균질한 다공성 기질을 구성하는 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 탄소 입자보다 더욱 미분된 입자 형태로 존재하는 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 각각의 탄소 입자 표면에 흡착된 이의 입자 형태로 존재하고 금속 입자가 약 15 내지 25Å 범위의 클로이드 크기를 갖는 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 탄소 입자의 평균 입자 크기가 약 1 내지 약 10Å인 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 탄소 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 100중량%의 양으로 존재하는 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 탄소 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여 5 내지 80중량%의 양으로 존재하는 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 백금인 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 팔라듐인 효소 전극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수지가 플루오로카본 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 셀룰로스, 폴리아미드 수지 및 폴리(비닐아세테이트)수지인 효소 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다공성 전기 전도층이 전기전도성 중합체 막 및 백금속 금속의 입자를 포함하는 층을 포함하는 효소 전극.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전기전도성 막이 폴리피롤로 제조된 효소 전극.
- 제11항에 있어서, 백금족 금속의 입자를 포함하는 층이 전기화학적 금속화에 의해 형성되는 효소 전극.
- 제11항에 있어서, 백금족 금속의 입자를 포함하는 층이 가열 압착에 의해 형성되는 효소 전극.
- 제11항에 있어서, 백금족 금속의 입자를 포함하는 층이 중합체 결합체로 유연시킴으로써 형성되는 효소 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소가 10 내지 3000㎍/㎤, 바람직하게는 30 내지 1500㎍/㎤의 양으로 고정 또는 흡착되는 효소 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 효소가 옥시도리덕타제인 효소 전극.
- 제17항에 있어서, 효소가 글루코스 옥시다제, 락테이트 옥시타제, 콜레스테롤 옥시다제, 콜린 옥시다제, 글루타메이트 옥시다제, 피루베이트 옥시타제, 락토스 옥시다제, 옥살레이트 옥시다제 및 사코신 옥시다제로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 효소 전극.
- 제17항에 있어서, 옥시도리덕타제가 옥시도리덕타제 이외의 다른 효소를 하나 이상 수반하는 효소 전극.
- 제17항에 있어서, 옥시도리덕타제가 사코신 옥시다제이고 옥시도리덕타제 이외의 다른 효소가 크레아티니나제와 크레아티나제인 효소 전극.
- 제17항에 있어서, 보호층이 젤라틴, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리(에틸렌옥사이드), 폴리비닐 피롤리돈, 폴리아크릴아미드 및 폴리(2-하이드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 효소 전극.
- 제21항에 있어서, 보호층이 글루타르알데히드를 사용하여 가교 결합된 효소 전극.
- 제21항에 있어서, 보호층이 광가교 결합제를 사용하여 가교 결합된 효소 전극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전극이 다공성 전기전도성 및 보호층위에 보호 도포층으로서 추가로 포함하며, 이는 검출물질에 투과성인 미공질 막인 효소 전극.
- 제24항에 있어서, 막이 확산 조절된 조건하에 물질을 투과시키는 효소 전극.
- (a) 다공성 전기전도층을 포함하는 전기전도성 지지부재, (b) 다공성 층의 표면에 촉매적 유효량으로 흡착 또는 고정된 효소 및 (c) 다공성 층으로부터 효소의 침출을 방지하는 안정화층을 갖는 전극을 포함함을 특징으로 하여, 효소에 의해 작용하는 물질을 함유하는 액체의 존재하에 전극상의 전위의 존재하에 효소 전극의 합성 도막에 함유된 효소이 촉매 활성을 전류적정하여 나타내는 방법.
- 백금족 금속의 미분된 입자층을 하나 이상의 표면에 함유하는 전기전도성 중합체 막.
- 제27항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1 내지 10nm인 중합체 막.
- 제27항에 있어서, 전기전도성 중합체막이 폴리에테로방향족 폴리양이온 또는 폴리아닐린 폴리양이온 및 할로게나이드, BF4, PF6, AsF6, SbF6, 및 -SO3 -또는 -OSO3 -그룹과의 중합체의 중합체성 폴리음이온으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 비친핵성의 소음이온으로 이루어진 중합체 막.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
